Chak De India. Probably one of the best movie of 2007 so far. What a movie !! From sports to Indian diversities, the way media misuses their freedom of expression , politics in selection policies, rift between cricket and other games, and ofcourse woman power told in a brilliant way! Arguably, one of the best performance of SRK, this movie is a must watch. The character of Preeti Saberwal is most inspiring. The screenplay is fabulous.
SRK has shown again that he is far ahead in terms of movie selection(and probably,acting too) than Bachchans and the Hrithiks.
The best part is SRK is Kabir Khan, and not the other way round. He has shown that he doesnt need any actress along side him to make a movie hit. He truly deserves the superstar status that he has earned. If Abhishek Bachchan got the Bharati Samman after "Umrao Jaan", then Shah Rukh Khan should definitely be honoured with Bharat Ratna after this movie.
This is the best sports movie made in the history of Indian Cinema so far, and is a welcome break from the hackneyed cricket matches depicted in the Indian movies. Its a must watch for every patriotic Indian. Chak De !!!!
